Our team

Zoonie Nguyen, founder and director, has traveled all over the world and has over 8 years of experience as a telecom project manager. Oh, she's also an amazing cook who gives cooking lessons to women, from Chinese cuisine to Vietnamese, Thai, Italian and Indian.

Peter Nguyen, CEO & co-founder of Talentelle, can't cook, but boy does he read fast! He has also been writing for the last 14 years, as features writer, for a community magazine that promotes young female talent.

The Ideal Career workshop (course outline HERE) is an interactive and dynamic 2-hour session where we present the 4 key elements of a dream career: your passion, your talent, the world's need to which you are the solution, and your sense of purpose.

The principles and tools provided during that session enable participants to briefly design their ideal career. In other words, participants go home with a clear idea of how to design a great career and visualize it, on paper, so as to guide them in their career decision-making.

Afterwards, we follow up with participants to offer a menu of 32 specialized career-related workshops so they can quickly pick up the specific skills they need in pursuing their ideal career.

*** FOR BUSINESS WOMEN ***

The BMW workshop (course outline HERE) is for women entrepreneurs who have a clear product/service, and a clear market. Participants learn how to create a powerful business system that allows them to "earn more and more while working less and less."

Based on 8 years of intensive research, the BMW workshop presents critical information and knowledge that no entrepreneur should be without. Given the high rate of failure for business startups, the BMW workshop is must-have training for entrepreneurs who want to maximize their chances of success.
